Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing or using the kz8 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this Terms and Conditions document. This agreement is comprehensive and takes effect immediately.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are asked not to proceed with registration or use of the kz8 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms means you accept those updated conditions.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with kz8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form a comprehensive agreement between you and kz8.

Player Eligibility

To be eligible to use the kz8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
• Be an individual registering an account solely on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme that you yourself have enrolled in.
• Not be blacklisted or prohibited from using gambling services in any relevant jurisdiction.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

kz8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Players found to be underage will have their access suspended immediately, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the established verification procedure.

Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the kz8 platform at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information, including:

• Your full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• A valid date of birth for age verification.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in your own name.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is kept up to date at all times. kz8 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

kz8 accepts a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The following transaction limits apply:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require an alternative method at kz8's discretion. Additional identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved, particularly for new accounts or large withdrawal amounts.

kz8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending verification of identity documents or investigation into account activity. In such cases, kz8 will notify the player via email or live chat.

Bonuses and Promotions

kz8 offers various types of promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and additional rules stated at the time the offer is issued.

Welcome Bonus — 100% First Deposit Bonus Up to RM300:

• This bonus is offered to new players making their first deposit.
• Bonus rate: 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300.
• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100, bonus RM100, account balance RM200, total wagering required RM1,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM800, bonus RM300 (maximum), account balance RM1,100, total wagering required RM3,000.

The kz8 VIP programme consists of five (5) tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each offering a different weekly cashback rate. Players move up tiers based on their level of engagement and gaming activity.

kz8 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Game Rules

The kz8 platform offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay and online blackjack. Each game category has its own specific rules.

General rules that apply across all games:

• All games use a certified random number generator to ensure fairness.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round has ended.
• Any technical failure during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with the policy of the relevant game provider.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during their gaming session.
• The use of assistance software, bots, or any form of automation in gameplay is strictly prohibited.

Player Responsibilities

As a kz8 player, you agree to comply with all platform rules and the following responsibilities at all times:

• Play for entertainment purposes only and do not rely on gambling as a primary source of income.
• Set a personal spending limit and stick to it.
• Do not play when under stress, taking medication, or in any condition that affects your judgement.
• Inform kz8 if you need assistance relating to gambling addiction.
• Do not use the kz8 platform for any activity that violates the law.
• Do not distribute unlawful, offensive, or threatening content through any communication channel on the platform.

Account Termination and Suspension

kz8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account without prior notice if there is:

• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Multiple account ownership or abuse of the bonus system.
• Failure to complete identity verification or the provision of false information.
• Repeated unreasonable requests or harassment directed at support staff.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the kz8 customer support team. Any legitimate remaining balance in a closed account will be returned to the player once all checks have been completed, within a reasonable timeframe.

kz8 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kz8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the kz8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Losses resulting from an internet connection failure on the player's end.
• Any game or betting outcome disputed after the designated appeal period has expired.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.

These liability limits do not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

kz8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at kz8's sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to players via:

• A notice on the kz8 website displaying the new effective date.
• An email to the player's registered address for significant changes.
• A notification within the player's account at the next login session.

Continued use of the kz8 platform after the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you are required to stop using the platform and contact kz8 to close your account.
